Itinerary

The tour to the Uros Floating Islands and Taquile Island begins with pick-up from your hotel at 6:30 to 7:00 AM. Passengers will be picked up from their hotels in Puno and transferred to the port. We will board the boats and depart at 7:30 AM for our first stop, the Uros Floating Islands. Here, the local community will share their customs, history, and the process of building their islands made of totora reeds. As an optional activity, you can take a ride on traditional rafts. At 9:15 AM, we will depart for the main lake towards Taquile, where we will arrive at 10:30 AM. Visitors will enjoy a panoramic walk to the main square, with an explanation about their culture, customs, and their renowned textile art. At 12:30 PM, we will have a typical lunch in a local restaurant with stunning views of Lake Titicaca. After some free time to explore the island, we will head back to the boat to return to Puno at 2:30 p.m. Our boat will arrive in Puno at 4:00 p.m. This way, we will return with our cameras full of beautiful memories.
